At Tiger Academy of Gymnastics, we have two tramp and tumbling classes available for gymnasts wanting more in-depth tumbling and trampoline lessons in their gymnastics journey.

Tramp and Tumbling I

Want to focus on just the tumbling aspect of gymnastics? This is the class for you! Basic tumbling skills and drills are introduced utilizing the spring floor and the tumble track. Strength and technique are stressed to allow for the possibility of advanced tumbling skills in the future. 

Tramp and Tumbling II

This class builds on the Tramp and Tumbling I class and is for those who have experience in tumbling. A backhand spring is required to participate in this class.
