What Our RECREATIONAL Classes Entail

Stripes and Tiger classes are for school-aged children ages 5 years old and up. A continuous process of learning new skills and perfecting the basics is created for the four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. 

The classes are designed to benefit those gymnasts wanting to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics and those wanting to continue on to our competitive team. Our staff can help choose the class best suited to your child’s current skills and those skills and goals. 

For the safety of the children and to enhance the learning experience, all classes maintain an 8:1 gymnast-to-coach ratio. Please call to confirm an opening.
