More About Our Tiger Stripes Classes

At Tiger Academy of Gymnastics, our Tiger Stripes program is designed to prepare gymnasts for the competitive level. We offer level 3 drills, skills, strength, and flexibility training to help our gymnasts perform these skills correctly and safely to prepare for the competitive level.

For gymnasts with the goal of trying out for our Tiger’s Level 3 Team, it is required that the gymnast enroll in Tiger Stripes twice a week. Level 3 team tryouts are typically scheduled on a Saturday at the end of March or the beginning of April. Request a call back to learn more.
